This place is a small, neo-Victorian gingerbread style hotel – much like what you would find in historical Key West. The 15 units circle around a center courtyard and fountain. All rooms are simple and cozy and some rooms are duplex style with sleeping lofts. The bathrooms are quite small with only showers. All rooms have air conditioning, television, and a minibar. Le Cosy is perfect for business travelers due to its location in the commercial center of Marigot. A restaurant is on site and only serves dinner. Rates average between 75 and 90 Euros per night.

Best Mid-Range

Mary’s Boon Beach Plantation
Mary’s is a comfortable, charming inn located on one of St. Martin’s best white sand beaches. The staff keeps the hotel very well maintained, relaxed, intimate and informal. The 26 units all have air conditioning, television, kitchenettes, safes, and other common amenities. A few rooms are newly renovated with chic, contemporary furnishings and a garden view. Older rooms with beach views have a 70s tropical Florida style. All rooms have a veranda or a terrace overlooking the garden or the beach. Rates vary on season with the highest averaging at US$175 to US$275. There is an on property swimming pool, baby sitting, and restaurant. The restaurant only serves dinner, but seconds are included in the cost! The only problem with Mary’s Boon Beach Plantation is the close proximity to the airport (although only walking distance from a commercial area) and the limited room service.
