Hotels in Trinidad and Tobago
There are beautiful hotels both on Trinidad and Tobago, although you’ll find out that the majority of popular luxury hotels are on Tobago. If you are looking for cheaper places, there are nice hotels in Trinidad, usually small hotels which offer an intimate atmosphere.
Climate and tourist season
Just like in the rest of the Caribbean, the island experience two seasons: dry – between January and May – and wet – between June and December. The average maximum temperature is 89F/32C. Thanks to the islands’ locations just south of the hurricane belt, the risk of hurricanes is low and hence tourists can benefit from the low prices during the low season – May to November – and visit the islands. The high tourist season lasts between December and April, when the prices are at their highest.
