Best Restaurants in the US Virgin Islands
Just like in the case of all Caribbean islands, you should expect to find the sea-food at its best in the US Virgin Islands. Among the travelers’ favorite places you’ll also find interesting mixes of American fast food combined with traditional Caribbean cuisine but that just adds to the uniqueness of the island. And best of all, there are enough choices for those looking to eat healthy.
Morgan’s Mango
Located in St. John, the restaurant offers a mix of Caribbean cuisines: Creole, Bahamian, Cuban, Jamaican, Haitian, Puerto Rican and Mayan. All those influences combined created a very interesting menu, which features items such as Empenadas, Flying Fish from Barbados and Cajun Shrimp from New Orleans. A huge list of cocktails (known as “Frozen Drinks” on their menu) makes your mouth water: caipirinha, sangria, mojito and mango tango are just few of them.
